2. Booking and Payment

Booking Partner

All ceremonies, retreats, and services are provided by our trusted partner, Evoluciona Peru. When you make a booking on xangaperu.com, you are agreeing to receive services from evolucionaperu.com and are subject to their specific terms and conditions for participation.

Payment Processing

All payments made on this website are securely processed by our third-party payment gateway, Izipay. When you submit your payment information, it is handled directly by Izipay, and your data is subject to their privacy policy and terms of service. We do not store your credit card or other sensitive payment information on our servers.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

The refund and cancellation policy for all bookings is provided by our partner, Evoluciona Peru.

Cancellations by the Participant:

7 or more days before the ceremony: Full refund (minus any transaction fees).

Less than 7 days before the ceremony: No refund. One-time reschedule permitted, subject to availability.

No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refund, no reschedule.

Rescheduling:

You may reschedule once, up to 48 hours before the session. Late rescheduling is not guaranteed and may be treated as a cancellation.

Cancellations by Evoluciona Peru:

In the rare event we must cancel a ceremony, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.

3. Disclaimers and Liability

Spiritual Practices and Personal Responsibility

The services and practices offered through our booking partner are spiritual in nature and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or therapeutic care.

By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Engagement in ceremonies is entirely voluntary.

• All activities involve inherent emotional and physical risks, which you assume fully.

• Xanga Peru is not liable for individual experiences or outcomes.

Medical and Health Warning

Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, mental health concerns, or those taking medications must consult a licensed healthcare professional before participating in any ceremony. Pregnant women, individuals with serious medical histories, or those with a history of psychiatric disorders are advised against participation.

Liability Waiver

By participating, you release Xanga Peru, Evoluciona Peru, and their facilitators from any liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from your participation, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Reservation of Rights

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. By continuing to use our website, you agree to be bound by and follow the updated terms.
